How does the Listings service work?
Your business information is published and synced across 70+ directories, including Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, Nextdoor, Uber, Waze, and GPS networks.
You update your info once → it updates everywhere automatically.
Do I need to have a verified Google Business Profile before activating this service?
If you want to connect your GBP to our platform for the purpose of syncing the listing, it has to be a verified profile.
If your GBP is suspended, marked duplicate, or encounters verification issues, it's your responsibility to address these problems, not Growth Reach Digital's.
If you don't want a GBP or for some reason don't want it connected to the service, then the answer is NO, you do not need a verified GBP before activating this service.
Can Growth Reach Digital create a GBP for me?
No. However, it's free and easy to set up. Once you have a verified GBP, you can connect it to our platform to enable syncing.
Once the GBP is established and verified, it can be connected to the Growth Reach Digital platform and synced with all other listings.
Does this service create or manage my Google Business Profile for me?
We sync your GBP, but you remain the owner.
If your GBP becomes suspended or requires verification, Google must resolve those issues with you directly.
What does the Listings service NOT do?
To stay transparent:
- We don’t reinstate suspended GBPs
- We don’t handle verification issues
- We don’t change your business location (you must update it on Google)
- We don’t guarantee specific rankings
How quickly will I see improvements?
Improvement comes in two forms.
A) Creating, updating, syncing and managing listings for your business. This process takes approx. 3-5 business days from onboarding. Some listings can take up to 4 weeks to go live.
B) Improving trust signals for Google to rank your business higher. As Listings are an important part but just one of several factors that influence Google's ranking of your business, we can't predict specific increases in traffic or rankings from the Listings service alone.
Realistically, most businesses notice improvements in visibility, actions, calls, and views within 30–60 days, with stronger ranking impact building over several months.

What happens if I change my hours, phone number, or address?
Just update your profile in the Growth Reach Digital platform once.
We then sync the information across 70+ platforms — no manual updates needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Services already rendered and active billing periods are non-refundable.
What happens if the service is canceled?
If the service period is over/canceled, some of the listings will come down automatically as they are paid listings. Other listings will remain active but if you don't update or suppress duplicates, they will no longer be current and may impact how Google ranks your business in local search.
