• Keyword tracking and prioritization (up to 20 core keywords, defined during onboarding)
• Search Console management + monthly ranking/analytics + progress reporting

Ongoing SEO Maintenance

• Continuous monitoring for technical issues or errors
• Adjustments based on search performance, data trends, and Search Console findings
• Strategic recommendations focused on expanding visibility and authority

Authority & Basic Content (Monthly)

• Backlinks: 10 backlinks/month ( Domain Authority 10+), including 13 in-content links, plus supporting placements (social bookmarking, Q&A, image sharing, business profile links, directory/citation/classified submissions) + monthly backlink report
• Content: 1 blog article/month (500 words) with keyword boost, AI-assisted topic research, GPT drafting, stock image, human review/refinement, and publishing

In addition to ongoing optimization, this plan increases keyword coverage, builds credible authority signals, and improves ranking stability. The result is broader visibility, stronger trust signals, and more consistent organic performance over time.

SEO is a long-term growth channel, not an overnight switch.

You may see early improvements in visibility or indexing within the first few weeks, but meaningful ranking and traffic gains typically take 3–6 months, depending on:

• Your website’s current condition
• How aggressive the strategy needs to be

Our focus is building durable visibility that compounds over time — not short-lived spikes.

1) Choose your plan and complete secure checkout; book the onboarding meeting at a convenient time.

2) 30-Minute Onboarding Meeting — Once we receive your order, within 1 business day (usually within a couple of hours) we contact you to ask for your onboarding preference- directly with a Growth Strategist or via AI-driven questionnaire (we use strict human supervision and will ALWAYS reach out if something is unclear).

During onboarding, we will

• link your Google Business Profile to your dashboard
• learn about your business and goals
• fill out the onboarding document together

3) We get to work. In most cases, work begins within a couple of business days after all required onboarding information has been submitted and approved.

• After onboarding, we finalize your SEO strategy and target keywords
• You have up to 7 days to review and approve the strategy (so you stay in control)
• If no changes are requested during that window, the strategy is approved automatically so work keeps moving

Once approved, optimization and authority work begins. Progress is visible in your dashboard, with a monthly report providing clear insights into what’s improving and why.

A month-to-month option is available by request.

The reason we don't offer it directly on our website is that SEO efforts take more than a month to start showing results.

Most agencies have minimum terms of 6 months, however, we believe strongly that you will see first positive results in 3 months of working with us that will make you want to stay.

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time before it renews.

If you cancel a subscription, the current paid service term will continue through its end date.

If you’d like to stop the service immediately, we can do that at any time. Please note that ending a service before the end of the paid term means the remaining time in that term is forfeited, as work and resources are allocated in advance.
